2.2 Service Availability & Limitations

• Noed partners with multiple networks to provide seamless global coverage, but service availability may vary by location.

• Automatic network switching is dependent on network infrastructure, and Noed cannot control service outages caused by third-party providers.

• The service is provided "as is," and Noed does not guarantee 100% uptime.

2.3 Pricing & Payments

• Noed operates on a flat-rate global pricing model, ensuring competitive rates without hidden fees.

• Users must make payments as per the chosen plan. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

• Additional fees may apply for excessive usage beyond plan limits.

2.4 Cancellations & Refunds

• Users can request cancellations through Noed’s customer support.

• No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

2.5 Data Privacy & Security

• Noed collects and processes user data per its Privacy Policy.

• User data is never sold to third parties and is only shared when required by law.

• Users are responsible for securing their IoT devices against unauthorized access or cyber threats.

2.6 Limitation of Liability

• Noed is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages caused by service failures, connectivity issues, or external factors.

• Users agree that Noed is not responsible for business losses, data loss, or missed opportunities due to connectivity issues.

2.7 Modifications to Terms

• Noed reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• Changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Denton County Texas, USA.
